The Obama administration is planning a decade-long scientific effort to examine the workings of the human brain and build a comprehensive map of its activity, seeking to do for the brain what the Human Genome Project did for genetics. 

Obama said today obviously something is wrong with the brains of a segment of our population which leads to regressive thinking in areas like science and biology  AND on issues like gun control and abortion and immigration where their religious brain washing would seem to have a negative effect on rational analysis and logic  - on positive human progress itself- like with the muslims and those kid fucking priests  -oh well you get my drift:
